About the authors: Mary Ann Rainey is an author, executive coach and consultant with a global client base. Leadership experience includes corporate Vice-president and Vice-city Manager. Co-founder, co-chairperson and faculty of the iGOLD (International Gestalt Organization & Leadership) Program. She has taught in NTL OD Programs in India, Japan, Singapore and the USA. Jonno Hanafin is an applied behavioral scientist, global change consultant, thought leader, and executive coach. Leadership experience includes head of global Executive Development and Organization Development functions for Fortune 1 company. He is Co-Founder and Co-Chairperson of the iGOLD Center (International Gestalt Organization & Leadership Development), and Guest Faculty on Executive Presence at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
