20-21 is the first book in a trilogy by Wayne Lèal .54-YEAR-OLD Wayne taught his first fitness class over 30 years ago. He said “I've seen and heard enough diet and exercise rubbish to last a lifetime”. 20-21 is a fusion of callisthenics, yoga asana, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Meditation. His training is based on the premise that 20 minutes is the amount of time that a person can concentrate on a task without becoming distracted; and that creating a positive mental habit takes 21 days to improve your shape, strength and flexibility.
About the Author Wayne Lèal has trained world champion athletes, captains of industry, and has been an influential guest speaker at many of the world’s top spas. He might look like someone in his early thirties, but he is a sixty-year-old grandfather who destroys age stereotypes by practising what he preaches. He has at some time or another injured virtually every major joint in his body and has a very real and intense passion for what he does – to guide people in addressing health and fitness issues and moving forward with their lives. His training methodology has been featured in The Times, The Telegraph, Standard, Metro, and Sun newspapers and on the BBC news and Sky television.
